i need help getting money for a lawyer. im on unemplyment benefits because of what happened to me i lost my job. the money im getting is not enough, if anybody knows what i can do, please help. i dont have alot of time before i go to court.

I am the grandmother of a 3 year old boy and 5 year old girl. I received custody over a year ago from the two fathers and the mother (my daughter). My daughter is a bipolar/schizophrenic girl who when on meds was tolerable but now has been off her meds all year. She has absolutely lost her mind now believe the make believe thoughts she comes up with. She got kicked out of her appt and stupid me, let her live with me knowing this would not be a good thing, but i wanted her to get help.

She has now subjected my 5 year old granddaughter to her dilusions and filmed her on my bed showing with dolls that i molested her. My heart is just broken. The children are now staying with my mother and i may have no contact with them until the forensic testing in a few days.

Being she is only 5 this may not go well at all and I do not know anymore what to expect. I am in search of advice and I hate to ask, but money for a good lawyer. It is very complicated and just so sad in every way you can look at it.

I have been the two kids security blanket since birth. They have lived with me for over 2.5 years now and to now have them taken away "for their safety" is just.......heartbreaking for me. I cannot stop crying.

I realize that DCF is doing their job, but after having DCF in my life for a long time, wouldnt you think they would call the person I know? Hardly, they send a new one who makes the decision they should not be home.

I need help getting into a new place to live. I am currently unemployed because the doctor I work for has a brain ansurim and is off work, so i cant go back untill she does. My apartments roof is leaking causing mold on my ceiling, ruining my bed and couch. I dont have the money for first last and sec. dep to move out of this slum lord facillity. any advise or help would be great.

I'm a single mother of three fighting for my babies.  I allowed my exhusband to run me through the ringer for years, when I finally left he tricked me into making him Primary Custodian of our wonderful three children.  I had to move away for work in this terrible economy and now he won't send them to me for the summers and every other holiday.  I need to fight him but can't do it without an attorney.  The attorney's retainer fee is ,000!  What do I do?  Where do I go?  I am barely making /hr and am working on my degree.  I can barely pay my bills. 

I need my children!  I need to fight my exhusband!  Please lead me in the right direction.

       I am a 46 year old female going back to school to work toward my law degree.  I have worked in lawfirms off and on for over 20 years. I also owned my own business for seven years.  I am rebuilding my life after a sad divorce that nearly destroyed me emotionally, mentally, physically and financially.  I can now breath again, striving to get where I have always wanted to be.

I am currently enrolled full-time at a two year college at Eastern Oklahoma State College, carrying 18 semester hours. I received a $50.00 scholarship and I have a friend that is helping me this semester but I am in need of more financial help to continue on with my quest.  My vehicle is 19 years old with 270,000 miles and I am in need of a newer vehicle with good gas mileage.  I drive a lot every day back and forth to school.  I borrow a computer and need one of my own and I am in need of financial assistance with tuition, computer expenses, living expenses, gas, etc.

I am trying very hard to make my dream come true.  My dream is to be a criminal defense trial attorney and a personal injury attorney.  I would then like to give back to society by taking elderly cases pro-bono. 

There is nothing to hold me back now but finances and this is why I am asking for help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Bree and 32 year old I'm a native Texan who has just recently transferred to Los Angeles to finish my Bachelor's degree. My educational goal is to graduate with a business major and ultimately a certification in mediation/arbitration.

I recently obtained a good job with a great apartment management company, but I'm only making 12 dollars an hour, which  barely pays my rent on our 2 bedroom in a horrible crime ridden neighborhood. Because I have a job, the state offers little aid.

 I am a single mother of two very awesome kids and haven't seen a dime of child support in over 5 years. I'm an easy going sort, even allowing visitation if the child support wasn't being paid, but even that wasn't enough to encourage regular visits. Now, before I even realized it, over 5 years have passed since they have seen their dad or had any monetary support.

 I need help. You can imagine that working, raising two children, and attending classes is a lot for one person to handle. The move to California put me behind in my bills, and I'm just now starting to get paychecks from my job. I am behind on rent. I am behind on my car payment, and my children are in need of clothes and food that's not in the ramen noodle family.

Truthfully, if I could just get a job that pays better I'd be ecstatic. I am educated, attractive, honest, loyal and well spoken. I have legal training, type 55 wpm, and am at home on the computer and most office software. I have experience as an executive assistant and would make an excellent personal assistant. I want to catch up on my bills, avoid getting my car repoed, avoid eviction, move into a better neighborhood, and be able to fly home to Texas to see my family. I want to be able to finish school and become a happy prosperous family.

I'm not sure if anyone out there has the kind of help I'm seeking. I don't necessarily want money donations, but any REAL leads or opportunities for jobs that pay close to or better than what my salary in Texas was (40,000 p.y.)

Hi, My name is Sanjar. I am 23 years old. I was born in Tajikistan, after a war in Tajikistan started on I immigrated to Uzbekistan. I lived in Uzbekistan, studied there, but Uzbek Government didn'nt give me a citizenship because of political meanings/ I lived in Uzbekistan for almost 13 years, but they didn't gave me a citizenship. I have a bachelor's degree, but because of I didn't have an uzbek citizenship, i could'nt have a job.

This year I settled to Russia, in orther to apply for a citizenship of Russian Federation. But there are also bureaucratic barriers which i can't overcome. I don't have enough money to do it. My status of a person without citizenship doesn't allows me to work anywhere.

if i had 4000-5000$ dollars I could pay for lawyers services to obtain a citizenship.

Please, help me with my problem, I will be very glad to obtain any help from you. (if it is possible, help me to obtin US citizenship)
