i had a car accident on 3/11/07.  this was my 4th that wasn't my fault and the first i got a lawyer for.  the adjuster for the other guys insurance offered me a settlement that barely covered the med bills.  i turned it down.  then after about 10 months i found out the lawyer didn't pass the Pa. bar and since the accident happened there, thats where i would have to go to court if it goes that far.... see full post
